Papers that are not presented at the conference are very disruptive to a conference. Any accepted paper that is not presented at this conference is at risk for not being published as part of the conference proceedings. If the primary author is unable to attend, please arrange a co-author or other colleague to present the paper.

The Main Conference Registration includes: admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, three lunches; conference banquet; and a flash drive with the conference proceedings, conference program with volume of abstract and other handouts.

Workshop Registration includes: workshop material and other handouts.

The standard page limit for each paper is 6 pages. Papers can exceed this limit up to only 8 Pages, at a cost of $100 extra per page.

If authors have multiple papers, one full rate entitles the author can submit one additional paper at reduced rate $350.

when the transfer is being made to help identify the payment if any details are lost during transmission. Please be sure to include the following:

  1. Name of the bank/person sending the wire (please include a copy of the wire transfer receipt)
  2. Amount sending in US dollars
  3. Date of transmission

Check boxes on next page: Please make sure that appropriate check boxes are left checked when you go through registration pages. If you uncheck ALL papers, then your papers cannot be uploaded.

Final paper upload: For uploading the paper, please return to http://its.papercept.net and login in as author to upload the paper. Note that only the corresponding author may upload the paper, regardless of which co-author registered for the paper.

Refund Policy:

Once the paper is uploaded based on a registration, the registration cannot be refunded, even if the paper is withdrawn.

Refunds -- people who have not uploaded papers may request a refund by contacting IV 2014 Registration Chair, Tamar M. Forrest at (processing fees of 50 USD will apply).
